Downtown Waterville Farmer’s Market.
The market runs all year every Thursday, 2-6pm. You can find us there May-November at Head of Falls Park, by the Two Penny Bridge. We also attend the indoor winter market December-January and March- April at the Chace Forum in the Colby Commons Building at 150 Main St. The Waterville Farmer’s Market has an awesome and diverse selection of vendors, including veggies, fruit, meat, eggs, fresh baked bread, baked goods & pre made foods, maple syrup, honey and flowers. Daybreak Grower’s Alliance.
Daybreak is a women-owned, farmer-driven, Maine distribution business. By aggregating, marketing and distributing in cooperation with 70+ Maine farm and food partners under one alliance, they seek to strengthen the connection between eaters and consumers by offering a diverse set of products in one delivery. As a farm partner with Daybreak, you’ll often find Seven Moon Farm’s veggies, garlic, and herbs included in their Farm Boxes, Wholesale, and Farm-to-Pantry deliveries. We’ve been Daybreak since the beginning, first as an employee and now as a grower. We’re so proud to partner with them, and will sing their praises all day long. Check them out!
Our Own Free Choice-ish CSA.
CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture.” CSA shares are paid for in the spring (we do offer payment plans, fyi) and help your farmers offset the early season start up expenses. It’s a great way to get Seven Moon Farm veggies all season, at a bit of a discount, and help us decrease our reliance on bank loans and credit cards. Seven Moon Farm offers a 20 week main season CSA from June- October. We’re also building out more robust Spring and Winter share options, and we also offer our members add on shares provided by our amazing friends and neighbors who produce and grow pantry items that we do not. Currently we offer Vesper Bread weekly bread shares, and Darling’s Poultry weekly egg shares. Our CSA members appreciate the community feel of pick up days, the variety of share contents, and not having to exchange money on pick up days. We accept SNAP, and through our collaboration with MHB we are able to offer 50% discounted shares to SNAP members. Find out more + sign up on our CSA page !
